In this episode I am interviewing my new friend Amber Salhus! She is a writer, fitness coach and podcaster who helps women come home to themselves, uncover their passions and love the body they live in. She lives in the Oregon countryside with her husband of 16 years and their 2 kids, Jax and Bella, and their ever-growing herd of animals. I met Amber just 6 months ago and we’ve become fast friends! She is the half of The Mom Wants More Podcast and I was on their show back in May. Amber cracks me up in this episode a lot and I just love how real and honest she is, especially about motherhood.
On today’s episode I am chatting my friend Hilary Sutton. She is a mom to a 7 month old and a freelance writer, podcast host, and consultant. She lives in the DC metro area with her hubby and daughter. I loved Hilary’s perspective on motherhood as a new Mama and she already has so much wisdom to share. Enjoy my conversation with my friend Hilary and check out her podcast at Hustle & Grace with Hilary Sutton!
Today I’m sharing my conversation with Katelyn Fusco. Katelyn is creator/host of Happy Homebirth Podcast. She studied as a student midwife before her child hit toddlerhood and now she’s 38 weeks pregnant with baby #2 (who has since been born and is a girl!)I really enjoyed getting to know Katelyn and I know you will, too! Enjoy our conversation!
Today I’m chatting with a new friend Leilani Orr. Leilani is a mother of 10 children, the 4th child of 12 and a home-educator to 8 (currently) of her kids. She’s also the author of “Simpler By the Dozen” now available on Amazon. Leilani enjoys organizing her home as much as is possible. When she’s not cleaning a toilet or teaching a child how to read, you might find her watching the sunrise or jogging into the sunset. with all the ample time she finds on her schedule, she enjoys, writing, and drinking really good coffee. I loved getting to know her better! Enjoy my conversation with Leilani.
On today’s episode I had the absolute pleasure to interview and talk to Scarlet Hiltibidal. Scarlet is the author of Afraid of All the Things and He Numbered the Pores on My Face. She also writes a regular column for ParentLife Magazine and enjoys speaking to women around the country about the freedom and rest available in Jesus. Scarlet lives in Middle Tennessee, where she loves sign language with her daughters, nachos by herself, writing for her friends, and learning how to raise ducks with her husband for no reason other than cuteness. Scarlet is so relatable and I know you will love our chat. We found out we’re both from the south FL area so it was fun to make that connection. Don’t forget to listen to the end because I will be giving instructions for how to enter for the chance to win a copy of “Afraid of all the Things”! Enjoy my conversation with Scarlet!
On today’s episode I am chatting with a sweet friend of mine named Ashley Klaja. I knew Ashley for a very short time when her family moved to south FL but we have been able to keep in contact and see each other’s journeys on social media which is wonderful! I love Ashley, her Texas southern accent and awesome sense humor. Ashley shares a lot about her unique journey to motherhood and I can’t wait till you hear about the time she showed up to my 18th birthday costume party as an Estee Lauder saleswoman. Make sure to check out her amazing blog at livingbeautahfully.com and follow her instagram @livingbeautahfully. Enjoy my fun chat with my friend Ashley.
